Intercultural communication
Our business has become increasingly international in recent decades. Specialised personnel are desperately sought and increasingly often found abroad. Larger project teams often consist of experts from different cultures. We intuitively get a lot of things right in our intercultural communication. But if we take a closer look, there are many things we can do better. In this case, doing better means working together more effectively and with more joy. This in turn is reflected in the results of our work.
It is particularly important to immerse yourself in cultures that are foreign to us. Up to now, I have mainly worked in Eastern cultures, which are sometimes only superficially similar to our Western ones. Wanting to learn more about these cultures leads to throwing reservations overboard and questioning stereotypes. For me, gaining a better understanding of foreign cultures also means learning new things and broadening my own horizons.
What is special about my webinars?
The practical content of the courses on intercultural communication is all based on my work experience, which I have gained in more than 30 years of working in predominantly eastern cultures. In my webinars, you can acquire intercultural knowledge based on cultures that you may not be familiar with, such as Uzbekistan, Armenia, Georgia, Turkmenistan, etc. All of this is embedded in a comprehensible way. All this is embedded in understandable theories and comes with easy-to-apply practical tips.
The courses are on average between 15 and 30 minutes long, are independent of each other and can be booked according to interest.
