Experience in preparation of the country energy policy documents toward the introducing the green energy approaches in the energy sector and the end use sectors of the country economy and notably on drafting the First 5 –years National Energy Efficiency Action Plan (2021-2025). Inputs to the drafting Laws on Energy Efficiency and on Use of Renewable Energy Sources for Electrical Energy Generation. Skills in preparation and analyses of the country energy balance. Knowledge of the modern international trends and technologies used in green energy development. Good knowledge of Azerbaijan legislation, norms and standards in power sector, renewables and energy efficiency. Project experience in working with international donors as EU, ADB, EBRD, Global Partnership Environment Fund, Green for Growth Fund in area of sustainable energy. Experience and skills of dealing with Azerbaijan authorities, as well as international donors.
